How long does production take?
We usually produce the card within 24 hours of ordering. If production is delayed due to high demand, we will inform you.
Can I see a preview of the card before production?
As standard we do not send a preview of the card before production, but everything is checked by the graphic designer before production, who will contact you in case of a problem. However, if you would like to send a preview, please write it in the order note and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Will you remove the background on my photo?
Yes. Don`t worry at all, our graphic designer combined with modern AI tools will remove the background and check the submitted photo and club logo.
I only have a low quality photo, does it matter?
The quality of the photo is of course related to the quality of the resulting print. However, if you have no other option, you can send your order even with a low-quality photo. Using AI tools we will get the photo to the maximum possible quality.
What do the stats on the card mean?
The rating at the bottom of the card means the rating of each skill (pace, shooting, passing, dribbling, defending and physical). The higher the number, the better the player is in that stat. If you don`t know what to do, you won`t offend anyone by rating 99 for each stat.
